Newest rescue: Murphy

I was driving to work and noticed this little guy on the side of the road. He was flat out and it didn’t look like he was alive but I noticed his tail move so I turned around to check on him. Sure enough he was breathing so I scooped him up and put him on my lap and drove to the nearest vet. The X-ray showed a broken pelvis so he’ll need extensive rehab and follow up X-rays to be sure it’s healing but he should be ok in about six weeks. He’s on total crate rest until he’s healed. He is able to prop himself up to eat and drink but spends most of his day laying flat. I named him Murphey after Murphey’s law and he would like your prayers and support. Donations to help pay for his vet care can be sent via paypal a twww.t-bar.org, on our facebook page or mail to True Blue Animal Rescue, PO Box 1107, Brenham, TX 77834
