Happy Tail: Pete

Here’s adopted dog, Pete, in his new home with his forever Mom. We love seeing adopted pets in their new home being loved and spoiled the way they deserve to be. Did you adopt a pet from True Blue Animal Rescue? Email us a picture at help@t-bar.org so we can see how they are doing in your family.

Adopted Dogs Jan 26 (Foster Failures!)

Sometimes our foster homes fall in love with their foster animal and end up adopting.

That is what happened with these three lucky dogs! Each foster home just couldn’t let them go and decided to adopt. We do call that foster failure but it’s and adoption success at the same time.

Thank you to these foster / adopters and hooray for Cletus, Ryder and Cortez.

If you’d like to foster. foster to adopt or adopt, email help@t-bar.org to let us know what you can do to help us rescue animals and end abuse, neglect and overpopulation.

Success Stories: Three pups!

TBAR-Success-Adopted-Simba-Princess-BeyonceThese three pups have all been adopted thanks to a wonderful foster home’s networking. Animals get adopted from networking. Sometimes it’s our petfinder or our website, sometimes is facebook and sometimes the foster home finds them all homes. That was the case with these three lucky pups! Thanks Sarah for all your work making sure these pups are in good and loving homes! They were lucky to have had you on their side.

If you’d like to foster or adopt check out the animals that need homes and then email help@t-bar.org to let us know.

Success Stories: Stripes and more!

TBAR-Success-Adopted-Stripes

More adoptions this week! Stripes found his forever family and so did two of the schnauzer mix puppies! Stripes is smiling because he has two doggy siblings and a family of his own. We still have more dogs, puppies, cats and horses that are waiting for their forever home.

When one gets adopted we get to rescue more. Help rescue more animals by adopting your next pet. Go to www.t-bar.org and see if there’s one that you would like to meet. Then email us at help@t-bar.org or call 936-878-2349 for more information on how to adopt!

Success Story: Mandy

TBAR-Success-Story-MandyWe love happy endings and this is a special one! Sweet Mandy lived at Tbar in a kennel for years. She’s a shy dog and looks like a greyhound / shepherd mix. We were starting to worry that she’d spend her life in a kennel when someone special stepped up and offered to foster. As her foster mom said, “Mandy wasn’t what I was looking for but she ended up being exactly what I needed in my life”
