Sometimes we take in neglected horses and end up with a surprise. That’s what happened when Lizzy gave birth to this beautiful filly. Cartier is now three years old, has had lots of ground work and accepts a saddle. If you’re interested in a horse with a great start, Cartier is the one for you!
