Who couldn’t love a face like Pup’s (aka Cool Whip)? Cool Whip is sweet, highly intelligent and very obedient. She loves cuddling on the couch with her foster or playing in the yard during the day. Cool Whip was rescued from a known puppy flipper in Houston. A flipper is someone who either steals an animal or gets “free to good home” animals from websites like Craigslist and then sells them making a large profit off of the animals who just want a family who will love them forever. The kind woman who rescued Cool Whip searched for a family who could have possibly had her stolen from them, but no one came forward. Since a previous owner cannot be found, she has been accepted into TBAR’s foster program so that we can help find her a loving, forever family who will cherish.
